• Highlights
  • A new widget is now visible in the bottom right of our app and on our official website, providing new options and resources such as access to our knowledge base, recent updates, release notes, news, and more.
  • Simple in-app messaging so users can connect with the support team directly. Conversations can be started at anytime through the chat widget, or through email. Existing conversations can be accessed at anytime with the chat widget and it's now easier than ever to access conversations from multiple devices.
  • Users no longer need to fill out a dedicated ticket submission form. Tickets can now be created directly inside the chat widget through a guided process. Once a ticket is created, users will be able to track the progress of that ticket through notifications in the widget, as well as, through email notifications as the ticket is updated.
  • Automated announcements and messages based on user activity. We'll be using Intercom to send out more relevant resources.
  • This update also contains minor bug fixes and performance improvements.
