Coupang Review Crawler

Coupang Product Review Scraper is a ready-to-use template for automatically collecting customer review data from Coupang product pages. Simply enter a Coupang product URL to extract review content, ratings, reviewers, review dates, and other relevant information. You can choose to collect all available reviews or incrementally collect only newly added reviews, making the template suitable for both one-time review analysis and ongoing review monitoring.

How to Use

Step 1: Click "Start!"

Step 2: Enter the Coupang product URL from which you want to collect reviews.

Step 3: Select "yes" or "no" for full data collection.

Step 4: Click "Save & Run" and select the appropriate execution mode to start collecting reviews.

Collection Logic

The collection range depends on whether you select "yes" or "no" for full data collection.

Select "yes" — Full Collection

The scraper ignores the previously saved position (marking point) and collects all available review data from the beginning, even if the same URL has been collected before.

Select "no" — Incremental Collection

The scraper checks the previous collection record and collects newly added reviews incrementally.

For a new URL with no collection history, all available reviews will be collected.

For a URL that has been collected before, the scraper first collects the current first page of reviews and compares it with the first-page data saved during the previous run.

• If the first-page data is identical: The scraper determines that no new reviews have been added and stops without collecting additional pages. In this case, only the cost of collecting the first page is incurred.
  
• If the first-page data is different: The scraper determines that new reviews have been added and continues scrolling down to collect additional reviews. Each page is compared with the first-page data from the previous collection. The process stops once previously collected data is identified. Scraping and comparison may take approximately one minute.
  

In the second case, the total cost consists of the cost of collecting newly added review data plus the cost of the final page required to identify the overlap with previously collected data.

Use Cases

This template can be used to analyze customer feedback and satisfaction, monitor newly added reviews, compare reviews across competing products, and conduct VOC or consumer sentiment analysis. For recurring monitoring of the same products, incremental collection helps you efficiently capture new reviews without repeatedly collecting the entire review history.

"yes" — Collect all reviews from the beginning regardless of previous collection history.

"no" — Incrementally collect newly added reviews based on previous collection history. For a new URL, all available reviews will be collected.
