  • Collect reviews from multiple supported Amazon sites in one workflow.
  • Receive structured rows that can be reviewed, filtered, and exported.
  • Use input-tracking fields to audit which ASIN and marketplace produced each review.
  • Reduce the maintenance required for separate marketplace-specific workflows.

🔗 Input

Amazon Product URLs (up to 100,000)

Optional. Enter one Amazon product URL per line. The URL must belong to one of the 20 supported marketplaces. Do not enter amazon.com (US) or amazon.co.jp (Japan) URLs here; use the dedicated US review template or Japan review template instead.

Example:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00552K0GM
https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B005EJH6RW

ASINs (up to 100,000)

Optional. Enter one 10-character Amazon ASIN per line. When using ASINs, also select at least one value under Amazon Marketplaces (multiple selection).

Amazon Marketplaces (multiple selection)

Select the marketplaces to use with ASIN inputs:

AU, CA, UK, IN, DE, SE, NL, BE, IT, FR, ES, PL, TR, MX, AE, SA, IE, SG, BR, EG.

If you enter multiple ASINs and select multiple marketplaces, the task may attempt the corresponding ASIN and marketplace combinations.

Oldest review date

Optional. Select the earliest review date you want included. Results are queried from this date through the task start time.

Leave this field blank if you do not want to set an earliest review date.

Max review per ASIN or URL (up to 100)

Optional. Enter a value from 1 to 100.

If left blank, the template uses the default value of 100 reviews per ASIN or product URL.

Step Length

Required. Enter 200, which is the recommended setting for this template.

You must provide at least one valid Amazon product URL or an ASIN with a marketplace selection.

🛠️ How to Use

  1. Open the template and select Try it or Start.
  2. Enter Amazon product URLs, or enter ASINs and select the corresponding marketplaces.
  3. Optionally select Oldest review date and set Max review per ASIN or URL (up to 100).
  4. Set Step Length to 200.
  5. Start the cloud task and monitor its status.
  6. Review the collected rows and export the data in your preferred supported format.

For your first run, start with one or two products before submitting a large list.

⚠️ Limitations

  • Amazon US and Amazon Japan are not currently supported by this template.
  • The maximum target is 100 reviews per ASIN or product URL.
  • Amazon availability, regional restrictions, and page changes can affect task results.
  • Optional fields such as Review_images, Helpful_count, Variant_Info, and Vine_Tag can be empty when they do not apply.
  • Reviews are returned in review-time descending order, from newest to oldest. Ascending collection is not available.
  • Product availability and review counts can differ between marketplaces, even for the same ASIN.
  • Review and reviewer data should be collected and used in accordance with Amazon's terms and applicable laws.

💡 Tips

  • Verify that each product exists and has reviews on the intended marketplace before starting a large task.
  • Use full Amazon product URLs when different ASINs need to target different marketplaces in the same task.
  • Use ASIN and marketplace selection when the same ASIN should be checked across several supported marketplaces.
  • Start with a small batch to confirm field coverage and expected review volume.
  • Leave the review limit blank only when the default target of 100 per input is appropriate.
  • Use Oldest review date when you only need reviews posted after a specific date.
  • Use Marketplace together with Review_ID when deduplicating review records across marketplace exports.
  • Keep Input_Item in your export so each row can be traced back to its original ASIN and marketplace.
  • If an isolated task fails, verify the input and retry it later.

❓ FAQ

Which Amazon marketplaces are supported?

The template supports 20 marketplaces: Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, India, Germany, Sweden, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, France, Spain, Poland, Türkiye, Mexico, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Ireland, Singapore, Brazil, and Egypt.

Are Amazon US and Amazon Japan supported?

No. Do not submit amazon.com or amazon.co.jp URLs to this template. Use Amazon Reviews Scraper for US reviews, or Amazon Review Details Scraper (for Japan) for Japan reviews.

Can I enter product URLs and ASINs?

Yes. You can enter supported Amazon product URLs directly. You can also enter ASINs and select one or more supported marketplaces.

How many reviews can I collect?

The template collects up to 100 reviews for each ASIN or product URL. The final row count depends on the available reviews and the selected date range.

What happens if I leave the maximum review field blank?

The template uses the default target of 100 reviews per ASIN or URL.

How are reviews sorted?

Reviews are queried by review time in descending order, so newer reviews are returned before older reviews.

Why are some product fields empty?

Some review responses do not include complete product-level information. Fields such as Brand, Product_name, and Product_stars can therefore be blank even when review fields are populated.

What should I do if the task reports a page-request failure?

Confirm that the product page still exists on the selected marketplace, check the input format, and retry the task later.

How should I remove duplicate reviews?

Use the combination of Marketplace and Review_ID as the primary review identity. The template also performs deduplication within a task run.
