YouTube Account List

Give a YouTube account or channel identifier and get its public content list with titles, views, and channel fields

Overview

Want a working inventory of what a YouTube channel publishes, instead of scrolling the channel page by hand? Give this App a public account or channel identifier and an expected content count, and it returns that channel's public videos and Shorts as individual records. Each record carries the title, link, view figures, duration, publish time, and the public channel fields that arrived with the content, so marketing, research, and competitive teams can treat the channel as a dataset rather than a webpage.

A channel page is built for watching. This list is built for comparison: you can sort by views, line up publish times, and keep public channel attributes next to each post. The values are the same public figures a visitor would see, captured as structured fields rather than screenshots.

Data notes

The records come from a YouTube channel's public content list and are ordered from newest to oldest by publish time. Each row is one public video or Short, and the same content ID appears only once. View count, view count text, and subscriber count are the public display values captured at collection time, so a numeric view count such as 18000 may sit beside display text such as 18K views. Publish time and collection time are timestamps without an explicit timezone. Private, unlisted, removed, age-restricted, members-only, or login-only content is not included.

What a result looks like

Each record is one public piece of content from the requested channel:

Content IDView countPublish timeAccount nameContent URLRaw duration
1ZgieUQkBQs180002026-09-05T18:42:57ulanzihttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ZgieUQkBQs0:46
lAcfu-cuVxg140002026-08-19T18:42:57ulanzihttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lAcfu-cuVxg0:35

Content title, cover images, verification flags, and channel profile fields are also returned when they are publicly available.

Example uses

  • Build a channel inventory by lining up Content ID, Publish time, and Content URL for the public posts you collected.
  • Rank recent posts with View count and compare them with Raw duration to see which formats attract more views.
  • Confirm you collected the intended public channel with Account name before using the Content URL list in a report.

Scope and boundaries

Each run processes 1 YouTube account or channel identifier. Results are returned in complete batches of 2,000 records first, then 200 records per subsequent batch, so the actual count may be rounded up. Full public lists can be collected. Up to 1,000 result pages are protected per run. Only publicly visible content is covered.

  • Good for
  • When you need a public content list for a specific YouTube account or channel
  • When you need titles, publish times, view figures, and related public channel fields in one result set
  • Do not use for
  • When you need private, unlisted, members-only, or login-only content
  • When you need comments, captions, or audio transcripts rather than the public content list

Failure handling

Failure and retry behavior declared by the author. We recommend including it in your system prompt when integrating.

  1. 1If no data is returned, verify the account or channel identifier and confirm that the channel has publicly visible content
  2. 2Retry later after rate limiting, temporary unavailability, or a timeout
  3. 3When the submission outcome is unknown, avoid immediate repeated submissions that could create duplicate tasks
  4. 4If authentication fails, verify the API Key configured for the execution environment

Input

Integration

This App can be integrated via MCP, API, SDK, or file export. All channels share the same capabilities and pricing. Every request authenticates with the Authorization: Bearer header using an API key (long-lived, created in the Data Hub Console); MCP clients can also sign in with OAuth, no key required. More options such as CLI and Skill are on the way.

With the MCP (Model Context Protocol), you can call this App directly from AI clients like Claude and Cursor. Pick your client and auth mode, then copy the config below.

Client config

Replace the value after Bearer with your long-lived API key. Works in any client, CI, or headless environment.

mcpServers config
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "hello_moto__youtube-account-list": {
      "type": "http",
      "url": "https://mcp-v2.octoparse.com?pin=hello_moto/youtube-account-list",
      "headers": { "Authorization": "Bearer <YOUR_API_KEY>" }
    }
  }
}

Let AI set it up for you

Don't want to edit configs by hand? Copy the install prompt and paste it into any AI client. It will complete the setup its own way. (The prompt asks the AI to request your API key from you, so credentials never end up in chat history or shared configs.)
