Overview

Public Naver product reviews show how buyers describe quality, usability, and disappointment in their own words. This Data App turns the public review area of one Naver product detail page into a consistent set of records covering review text, ratings, reviewer details, product information, and media clues.

The result is built for repeatable reputation analysis instead of scrolling marketplace review pages. Each review keeps its original wording and stays linked to the product page, product number, SKU, and shop, so praise and complaints can be compared across products and collection runs with the same fields.

Data notes

The data covers publicly visible Naver product reviews for the supplied product detail page at collection time. Each normal record is identified by its Comment ID, which removes duplicates across collected pages. Deleted, restricted, and non-public reviews are outside the coverage. Orders, inventory, and shop-level summaries are not covered.

Rating, Product title, Sales attributes, and image links are snapshots and may change after collection. Review type, Review images, and Review videos retain source codes and the original payload shape. Review time, Collected at, Created at, and Updated at preserve the source timestamps without inferring a timezone. Source item and No data retain the collection outcome when a product page has no public review result.

Each normal record represents one publicly visible product review of the selected Naver product.

Use cases

Split reviews by Rating, then read Review text to locate low-score issues.
Read Product title alongside Rating, Review text, and Sales attributes to compare feedback across product variants.
Use Comment ID, Review URL, Reviewer name, and Review time to trace a specific review and watch how feedback changed.
Use Product URL with No data to identify product pages that had no usable public reviews.

Scope and boundaries

Each run collects public reviews from one Naver product detail page. The expected count can be 1-1000. Results are returned and billed in complete batches of 20, so the actual count may be rounded up. Fetch protection covers 50 pages / 1000 records. Only publicly visible Naver product reviews are covered.

Failure handling

Failure and retry behavior declared by the author. We recommend including it in your system prompt when integrating.

1If no reviews are returned, use the No data field to recognize an empty collection outcome and verify the product page is public and has reviews
2Retry later after rate limiting, temporary service unavailability, or a timeout
3When the submission outcome is unknown, avoid immediate repeated submissions that could create duplicate tasks
4If authentication fails, verify the API Key configured for the execution environment
5If the task context does not match or the task has expired, submit a new collection instead of retrying the same task
6A partial success returns the reviews that were completed; the actual count may still differ from the expected value after batch rounding

Integration

This App can be integrated via MCP, API, SDK, or file export. All channels share the same capabilities and pricing. Every request authenticates with the Authorization: Bearer header using an API key (long-lived, created in the Data Hub Console); MCP clients can also sign in with OAuth, no key required.
