Overview

Public Coupang product pages are where shoppers say whether a listing matched the photos, arrived as promised, and was worth the price. This Data App turns the public review area of one Coupang product page into a consistent set of records covering review text, ratings, publish times, product titles, sale attributes, shop details, and reviewer display information.

The result is built for repeatable reputation analysis instead of scrolling review pages. Each review stays linked to the product URL, title, and sale attributes shown with it, so praise and complaints can be compared across products and collection runs with the same fields.

Data notes

The data covers publicly visible Coupang product-page reviews for the supplied product URL at collection time. Each normal record is identified by its Comment ID, which removes duplicates across collected pages. Reviews that require login, sit behind an order, or are not shown on the product page are outside the coverage.

Rating, Shop name, Product title, Item sale attributes, and Sale attributes are page snapshots and may change after collection. Image list and Video list are retained as source text where supplied that way. Published at, Collected at, Raw comment time, Created at, and Updated at preserve the source timestamps without inferring a timezone. Source product and No data retain the collection outcome when a product has no public review result.

Each normal record represents one publicly visible review of the selected Coupang product.

Scope and boundaries

Each run collects public reviews from one Coupang product page. Expected count can be 1-1500. Results are returned in complete batches of 10, so the actual count may be rounded up.

Failure handling

Failure and retry behavior declared by the author. We recommend including it in your system prompt when integrating.

1If no reviews are returned, verify the product URL is publicly reachable and that the page actually shows reviews, then submit again
2A partial success keeps the reviews that were completed; the actual count may still differ from the expected value after batch rounding
3If authentication or task-context errors occur, check the execution environment configuration before retrying
4Retry later after rate limiting, temporary unavailability, or a timeout
5When the submission outcome is unknown, avoid immediate repeated submissions that could create duplicate tasks

Integration

This App can be integrated via MCP, API, SDK, or file export. All channels share the same capabilities and pricing. Every request authenticates with the Authorization: Bearer header using an API key (long-lived, created in the Data Hub Console); MCP clients can also sign in with OAuth, no key required.
