Overview
Subito Listing Scraper turns public Subito listing pages into a structured table for reviewing classified ads at scale. Each result keeps the listing title and detail-page link together with its category, location, displayed price, category-specific characteristics, and any available dealer or public contact details.
The table is useful when manually opening every ad would make it difficult to compare a market consistently. It preserves the labels and values displayed on Subito, giving commerce, research, and operations teams a traceable snapshot that can be sorted, filtered, and compared while retaining the link back to each original listing.
Data notes
Records reflect listings publicly visible from the submitted Subito pages at collection time. The entered page address is retained for provenance, while the listing address identifies the individual ad. Price values keep the text formatting shown on the site; the data does not normalize currencies, convert values, or calculate discounts.
The six attribute columns are category-specific. For a vacation rental they can contain values such as floor area, room counts, or other listing characteristics, but their meaning may differ for vehicles, electronics, services, and other categories. Review them together with “Category” rather than comparing an attribute position across unrelated categories. A blank price, dealer, phone number, keyword, or attribute means that value was not present in the collected public listing. Removed, private, signed-in-only, or otherwise inaccessible content is not covered.

Each record represents one listing found on a submitted Subito page:

The output also includes “Entered URL,” “Keyword,” “Price,” “Attribute 2” through “Attribute 6,” “Dealer,” and “Phone number.”
Use cases
- For regional supply reviews, group records by “Category” and “Location,” then count “Listing URL” values to compare the visible inventory across areas.
- For pricing research, compare “Price” within the same “Category” and “Location,” and keep “Listing URL” available for checking the source ad behind an outlier.
- For property-listing comparisons, review “Attribute 1” through “Attribute 6” beside “Listing title” and “Category” to identify ads with relevant category-specific characteristics.
- For seller coverage analysis, compare “Dealer” and “Phone number” across “Listing URL” records to distinguish ads with publicly displayed contact information from listings where those values are absent.
Scope & Boundaries
Each run accepts 1 to 10,000 Subito URLs and covers listings publicly visible from those pages; individual fields may be blank when a listing does not show them.

Failure Handling
Failure and retry behavior declared by the author. We recommend including it in your system prompt when integrating.
- 1If a run stops before completion, retry the same small URL set once; if it stops again, reduce the number of URLs.
- 2If no records are returned, confirm that the submitted page is public, still available, and contains listing cards, then retry with that page URL.
