I have been using Super VPN for several weeks now and I find that it is not so super in fact it's pretty much slow and takes a long time to connect and it disconnects on its own making it very annoying having to wait to get reconnected being so slow and sometimes it doesn't connect at all... Yes there is ads but they are the most unobtrusive ads you'll get, and I think it's an extremely fair trade off to get this app for free. Really fast servers no matter where I'm connected. Crazy how fast it is because others I've tried take forever to load sites/videos. Also been having alot of issues with my phone since the May 2022 update. At first I didn't correlate these issues with SuperVPN, but after scanning my device(S22Ultra), I discovered this app is malicious. Once I removed it (uninstalled) and cleared the remaining "crumbs", many of the device issues were gone. So now I have to find out what information was accessed and compromised. Definitely not worth | Hi, SuperVPN will only affect your network connection when you are connected in our app. Otherwise nothing in the device will be affected. |

I've downloaded this so that I could bypass blackout restrictions for sports games, but it doesn't let you pick a server, nor does it tell me where the server is that it connected to automatically. Therefore I doubt it will work for what I wanted it for. I'm sure it's fine for other purposes like incognito browsing, but really needs an option to select the server ourselves. | |

I haven't had any problems with the connection dropping or being slow, which is great. One thing that could be improved is the initial connection time. It's surprisingly fast and the ads aren't annoying. My only issue is it automatically disconnects at least once a day. I don't know why it does this because the FAQ says there is no time limit for how long you can stay connected to a server. Eh, oh well. Edit: I discovered this VPN selectively leaks. All the servers in non-US countries show an IP address from Massachusetts, but I still get ads from the country selected. Not sure why. At least it doesn't leak my real location. |
