Due to security protocols, Octoparse is unable to delete an account on your behalf. Access to your account is required in order to request deletion. If you have difficulty recalling your password or username, please refer to the password reset article.

Please be aware that your profile and data will be irrevocably removed from our server. The deletion will be final and you will be unable to reactivate your account or retrieve any data.

STEP 1: Log in to your account User Center

STEP 2: Go to Account and security - Security

STEP 3: Click Delete your account
