STEP 1: Log in to your account user center
STEP 2: Go to the Plan & Subscription
STEP 3: Click on Cancel Subscription
Note: Canceling a subscription CANNOT be done inside the Octoparse software. You must log in to our website.
If you cannot find the Cancel Subscription option, it might be because:
Your account is under the free plan.
Your card information has been removed from your Payment Settings. You will not be charged if the card information is removed.
The subscription has already been canceled.
Please note that the first month's fee after the 14-day trial ends is not refundable. Check out our refund policy here.
You will still have access to your premium trial until it expires after the cancelation.
