Every user in the Enterprise account is, first of all, an Octoparse user. The user who is activated to be the Administrator of an Enterprise account has the right to invite other Octoparse users to be his/her agent via the web console. Following the below step to invite others to join you:

- Log in your web console (https://app.octoparse.com/login) with your register information of Octoparse

- Click "User Settings" → Click "Add Agent" at the top right end of the interface → Input the registered email of the user you want to invite

After the invited user accepts the invite via email notification, he/she is your agent successfully. You could check the invite status:

Default: Administrator

Active: the user is your agent now

Pending: the user hasn’t accepted your invite

The administrator can remove any pending candidates on their own. If the Administrator needs to delete any agents, he/she need to contact Octoparse to do it.

1.2 Customize cloud resources of each agent

All users in an Enterprise account share all cloud resources by default. In the "User Settings", Administrator is able to adjust the cloud resources of each user.
